AEROLINE® pex terra offers a complete system for heat pump pipework that is well thought-out and easy and quick to install with smart detailed solutions.      
  • Corrosion-resistant and flexible service pipes made of PE-Xa.
  • Sustainable thermal insulation made of closed-cell PE foam containing at least 30% recycled raw materials.
  • Additional empty conduit and pull-in aid for manufacturer-specific control and sensor cables.

JACKET PIPE
  • Material: Double-walled cable protection pipe made of PE-HD
  • Ring stiffness:  Ring stiffness according to DIN 16961, SN24 ≥ 16,0 kN/m2
  • Outer diameter: 160 mm
  • Minimum bending radius:  42,5 cm
CARRIER PIPE
  • Material: PE-Xa
  • Degree of cross-linking:  ≥ 70 % (EN ISO 15875)
  • Oxygen density:  according to DIN 4726
  • Temperature range:  up to 90 °C
  • Maximum permissible operating pressure at 95 °C: 6 bar
  • Coefficient of linear expansion: 
    • at 20°C: 1,4 * 10-4 1/k
    • at 100°C: 2,05 * 10-4 1/k
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION PIPE  32
  •  Inner diameter:  25 mm (DIN EN 50086): for control, sensor or electrical load cables
INSULATION MADE OF POLYETHYLENE
  • Material:
    • Flexible insulation made of foamed, closed-cell polyethylene with a minimum of 30% recycled materials
    • Dimensions and tolerances in accordance with DIN EN 14303:
      • PEX 25 / PEX 32: 20 mm
      • PEX 40: 13 mm
  • Thermal conductivity:
    • 0,036 W/mK at 0 °C
    • 0,040 W/mK at 40 °C
  • Fire behaviour: CL-s1,d0 (DIN EN 13501-1)
