CLIMAFLEX® spiral

CLIMAFLEX® spiral can be used to insulate self-supporting interior ventilation pipes with no problem. NMC’s proprietary technology means that the spiral insulation material can be manufactured from thermoplastic foam featuring special properties: CLIMAFLEX® spiral is still very light, even in large sizes. It delivers good thermal and acoustic insulation as well as resisting corrosion. With this product, NMC offers an innovative, easy-fit solution for ventilation systems.

Thermal conductivity (EN ISO 8497):

  • ≤ 0,048 W/mK at   40 °C

Fire performance (EN 13501-1):

  • Euroclass E

Temperature range:

  • -45°C (for a short time)  to +100 °C (EN 14707)

Noise insulation:

  • up to 20 dB(A)
