AEROLINE® INOX TERRA

AEROLINE® inox terra is a complete system for the underground piping of heat pumps and supports simple and fast installation. Integrated conduits and a pull cord facilitate the routing of cables.

  • Corrosion-resistant and flexible stainless steel service pipes.
  • Thermal insulation made from closed-cell EPDM foam.
  • Additional empty conduit and pull-in aid for manufacturer-specific control and sensor cables.
Consisting of:
JACKET PIPE
  • Material: Double-walled cable protection pipe made of PE-HD
  • Ring stiffness:  Ring stiffness according to DIN 16961, SR24 ≥ 16,0 kN/m2
  • Outer diameter: 200 mm
  • Minimum bending radius:  50 cm
STAINLESS STEEL CORRUGATED PIPE
  • Material:  Material  No. 1. 4404 (AISI 316L)
  • Maximum permissible operating pressure at 95 °C:
    • DN 32: 6,5 bar
    • DN 40: 5,8 bar
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION PIPE   32
  • Inner diameter:  25 mm (DIN EN 50086): for control, sensor or electrical load cables
INSULATION MADE OF  EPDM 
  • Material:
    • Light, flexible, closed-cell, synthetic rubber
    • No embrittlement of copper and stainless steel pipes (DIN 1988 Teil 200)
    • Dimensions and tolerances according to DIN EN 14304:
      • DN 32: VL 25 mm / RL 19 mm
      • DN 40: VL 19 mm / RL 19 mm
  • Thermal conductivity:
    • 0,036 W/mK at °C
    • 0,038 W/mK at 40 °C
  • Fire behaviour:  Euro class E (DIN EN 13501-1)
