AEROFLEX® (HT) XT/LP

AEROFLEX® (HT) XT/LP is a flexible, closed-cell insulation material based on EPDM for indoor and outdoor applications. The material offers high resistance to weathering, UV radiation, and ozone, making it suitable for applications with continuously elevated or fluctuating temperatures. Thanks to its low thermal conductivity, AEROFLEX® (HT) XT/LP supports the reduction of heat losses in technical installations. The black EPDM insulation material is equipped with an integrated self-adhesive closure system on both sides and a rubber adhesive tape. The closure system supports a reliable connection between insulation sections and can help maintain the water vapour diffusion resistance of the insulation system.

Thermal conductivity (EN ISO 8497):

  • 0,036 W/mK at 0 °C
  • 0,037 W/mK at 10 °C
  • 0,038 W/mK at 40 °C

Fire performance (EN 13501-1):

  • Euroclass E

Temperature range (EN 14707):

  • - 50 °C up to +85 °C

Water vapour diffusion resistance (EN 13469):

  • ≥ 3000
